Since its establishment in 2023, the Digital Transformation (DX) Department at IIA Company has clearly identified its top priority in the initial phase of its digital transformation journey: optimizing internal operations. Recognizing that an efficient operational foundation is crucial to sustainable development, the DX Department is dedicating all its resources and efforts to restructuring and digitizing the company’s core internal processes.

The central goal of the DX Department in this phase is to modernize the way of working. Instead of time-consuming and error-prone manual tasks, IIA is digitizing critical documents and processes. This significantly reduces the volume of physical paperwork circulating within the company, not only contributing to environmental protection but also cutting costs associated with printing, storage, and searching time.

Furthermore, one of the core and strategic benefits brought by these efforts is the ability to easily collect data for improvement and analysis. As processes are digitized, data is automatically and accurately recorded.
